Mental Health and Well-Being: Coping with HSC Stress
The HSC is a significant milestone in the academic lives of Year 12 students in NSW. For many people, it represents the culmination of years of academic work and the path to future educational and career opportunities. However, the pressure of the HSC can negatively impact students' mental health and well-being, leading to feelings of anxiety, stress and even burnout. Considering this, students must develop strategies to manage and process these emotions, prioritise their mental health and maintain their well-being throughout this challenging period.
